Below I have listed many of the key elements of city planning and growth strategy to help you make your decisions as you progress. Even 8x ninjas are fine with 2rt 6rogue, and most other sectors you can just use 4-6 RT rest rogues. as for SAM you will actually end up using SW as your workhorses for much of gbg.
